Cancellation & refund policy
Last updated 8 October 2026. Applies to Greater Today TCAD subscriptions sold by Greater Today, India.
Subscriptions
Academic (₹999/month) and Pro (₹2,999/month) renew automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel. Taxes as applicable. The Free plan never requires payment.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Account page in the workbench. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Projects and results are not deleted.
Refunds
- First payment: if a paid plan isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: refunded in full once confirmed.
- Renewals: monthly renewals aren't refunded for partial months, but you can cancel any time to prevent the next charge.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
Service delivery
Greater Today TCAD is an online software service. Paid features are activated in your account immediately after a successful payment; nothing is shipped physically.
